At Open Farm, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
